All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

We primarily work with EMS and SF Express.

3. Shipping Options & Costs
Free shipping is available for all orders over $100.
For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, the following options are available:

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. For lost packages, please contact us, and we will help you initiate an investigation with the carrier.

7. Return and Exchange Policy
For safety and hygiene reasons, all purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Cancellations are accepted before shipment.
